Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Compare order sheets with pulled orders and ensure that appropriate labels, such as batch and lot numbers, are placed on them.
  • Paperwork and Documentation: Create correlating paperwork for each shipment and ensure that it accompanies the correct package or box.
  • Warehouse Operations: Support in distribution by timely picking, wrapping, packing, and loading of ordered material for clients.
  • Assembly and Quality Assurance: Provide hands-on assistance with all assembly processes and quality assurance, including automated and non-automated processes.
  • Damage Reporting: Report damaged product(s) to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Actively participate in workplace meetings and ensure that all customer activity expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain exceptional work environments that allow for impromptu client inspections and potential client tours, while adhering to security and safety standards with zero tolerance for deviation.
  • Equipment Operation and Certification: Operate all equipment and obtain necessary certifications according to OSHA, security, and safety standards established.
  • Compliance and Training: Ensure adherence to all PDMA and cGMP procedures, as well as compliance with established internal control procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Visitor Management: Escort visitors in secured areas and ensure visitor adherence to security requirements.
  • Training and Development: Ensure that associates have been provided the proper training before they can work on a specific project.
  • Company Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in general warehouse operations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment, with long periods of standing, walking, repetitive bending, reaching, and lifting movements.
  • Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
