Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Upper Valley Medical Center. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Nuclear Medicine department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes
  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, including cameras and computers
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) or Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT)
  • 1+ year of experience in nuclear medicine or related field
