**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient samples and provide accurate results
* Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure optimal performance
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care
* Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field
* 5 years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist
* State license as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Supervisor
* Intermediate knowledge of laboratory procedures and instrumentation
* Ability to effectively relate and communicate with internal and external customers
