Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift light to heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and make independent decisions
  • Compassionate, respectful, and ethical approach to patient care
