Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Assistant to join our team at Red Rock Behavioral Health Services. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing on-site support to residents in our supportive housing units;
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation;
  • Supporting residents with their mental health needs and connecting them with local resources;
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure residents have access to all necessary services and support;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Experience working in mental health or social services;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
