  • Document all services and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited institution.
  • Considerable knowledge of mental health principles, theories, and practices.
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • License to practice as a therapist (e.g., ALC, LPC, LGSW, LCSW).
  • Experience working with diverse populations and in community-based settings.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid requirements and regulations.
