This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and sort used kitchenware and utensils
  • Load and unload dishwashing machines
  • Wash specific items by hand
  • Store clean dishes and equipment appropriately
  • Set up workstations before meal prep begins
  • Ensure there are always enough clean dishes and utensils, especially during peak hours
  • Maintain cleaning supplies stock and place orders when necessary
  • Check washing machines' operation and report any technical issues
  • Remove garbage regularly
  • Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
Requirements:
  • Work experience as a Dishwasher is preferred but not required
  • Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
  • Time management skills
