Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Plaskolite Inc. in Scranton, PA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal production levels.
  • Complete work orders and repair equipment as needed.
  • Support workplace organization programs and production efficiency initiatives.
  • Assist in training and coaching operators on daily preventative maintenance checks.
  • Contribute to the preventative maintenance process and assist in line commissioning after maintenance events.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or degree in mechanical systems or related field preferred.
  • Experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing, or trade school degree certificate required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
