Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $17 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABA services to individuals with autism and related disorders. This may involve working in home-based or clinic-based settings, depending on the needs of the individual and their family.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, tailored to the unique needs and goals of each individual
  • Providing one-on-one support and therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques and strategies
  • Collaborating with other professionals, including BCBAs, psychologists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and support
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RBT/ABA Therapist
  • A 40-hour training certificate, completed through a reputable organization such as the Autism Partnership Foundation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • A creative and energetic approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality ABA services
