Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at Aspire Health Alliance. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing early intervention services to children and families in need.

Our ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, with prior experience working with children from birth to age three and their families. You will be responsible for conducting developmental assessments, creating individual family service plans, and providing developmental and therapeutic intervention and ongoing education and support to enable families to best meet the needs of their children.

As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with parents and outside care professionals to provide comprehensive services to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to participate in professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
