The Enterprise Account Manager Role
- Maintain high-touch relationships with 20-40 key insurance carrier accounts, fostering strong partnerships and driving business growth.
- Stay fluent in all account KPIs and other relevant business and relationship details, ensuring a deep understanding of each account's needs and goals.
- Maximize each account through thorough preparation and focus on performance and opportunities, creating win-win scenarios that meet account goals and company objectives.
- Turn difficult conversations into account wins, leveraging strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel.
- Manage a regular status call cadence with each account, ensuring open communication and timely issue resolution.
- Develop a strong understanding of the insurance business, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Utilize and train accounts on the technology platforms underpinning our customer acquisition products, driving adoption and maximizing ROI.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Background managing accounts in a performance marketing environment, with at least 2 years of experience in account management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Consistent and detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset.
