Job Title: Mixology SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Mixology Specialist to join our team at Finally Restaurant Group. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through expertly crafted cocktails, efficient service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe and sanitary environment, working closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery, and staying up-to-date with our local beer and wine program.

As a Mixology Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in mixology, learn about our menu offerings, and build strong relationships with our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall dining experience
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and feedback in a timely manner
  • Create craft cocktails that meet or exceed guest expectations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Toast POS system and ability to quickly learn new technologies
