About the Role
Village Management Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our grounds maintenance team at Laguna Woods Village. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising and managing tree crews, developing work schedules, and addressing maintenance problems.

Salary Information
This position offers an estimated annual salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage tree crews, ensuring completion of tasks and maintaining high-quality results
* Develop and implement effective work schedules, taking into account seasonal demands and crew availability
* Coordinate with crew foremen to address maintenance problems and provide solutions
* Maintain accurate records of personnel attendance and performance evaluations

Desirable Qualifications
* Associate degree or higher in horticulture or related field
* Considerable supervisory experience in grounds maintenance or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety precautions, and relevant software programs
* Ability to plan and supervise team members, understand complex instructions, and interact effectively with senior citizens
