Part Time or Full-Time Licensed Teacher for Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our preschool team as a licensed teacher for early childhood education. This role offers the flexibility of being either full-time or part-time, with a minimum of ten hours per week. The position can be a school year or year-round commitment, depending on the candidate's preference.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging and educational lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards, promoting all-around development.
- Design and facilitate hands-on activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and creative growth in young learners.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, identifying areas for support and enrichment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is required.
- A teaching license for Vermont Birth to Age Six is mandatory.
- At least one year of hands-on experience working with preschool children is essential.
- Knowledge of child development, including cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and creative growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with children and their parents.
