Subrogation Claim Assistant Job Description

Alacrity Solutions is a leading provider of insurance claims services, delivering streamlined solutions for property, auto, heavy equipment, and casualty claims management. As a Subrogation Claim Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Technical Recovery Team in investigating and resolving claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Recovery Team in specific tasked investigations
  • Conduct phone contacts with policyholders, adverse third parties, and insurance carriers to obtain necessary information
  • Enter data into our system, creating files and downloading documents from our client claim platform
  • Request police and fire reports, as well as other support documentation
  • Order plate checks and other requested documentation
Requirements:
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a claims support position or insurance agency CSR role, with a good understanding of insurance terminology
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate ($22.00 depending on experience)
  • Full-time opportunity with a flexible schedule (M-Th, 7:45am-5:00pm, Fri 7:45am-3:00pm)
