Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for our residents. As a member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other nurses, doctors, and support staff to deliver exceptional care services.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing various medical procedures, and documenting patient information
- Collaborate with registered nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
- Work closely with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pennsylvania
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a long-term care or acute care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
