RV Technician

Holiday World RV is seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing recreational vehicles to ensure they are safe and reliable for our customers.

• Examine and diagnose RV problems to identify the root cause of the issue.
• Discuss repairs with the shop foreman or RV service advisor to determine the best course of action.
• Communicate additional service requests to the RV service advisor to ensure all necessary work is completed.
• Plan work procedures in cooperation with the shop foreman to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
• Provide labor time estimates to the RV service advisor to help manage customer expectations.
• Monitor repair time and update the RV service advisor regularly to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs to ensure accurate records.
• Assist in mentoring RV technician trainees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Attend company and factory training to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.
• Keep current with factory technical bulletins to ensure you are aware of any changes or updates to RV systems.

• High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma)
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen
• Pass a Background Check
• Certifications are a plus
• Positive Attitude

• Hourly or Flat Rate pay based on experience and certifications
