Role Summary: The Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of breakroom service equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to all clients.
  • Respond to service requests for repairs using company vehicles.
  • Manage and maintain all breakroom service equipment, including diagnostics, repairs, and part replacements.
  • Prepare equipment for installation at client sites and assist with installations and removals.
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance by adhering to operating instructions, troubleshooting issues, and scheduling repairs.
  • Uphold safety standards at all locations and comply with state and local regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum age of 21 for insurance compliance.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficient in using iOS applications and Apple devices.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in refrigeration is advantageous.
