Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct phone triage and patient education
  • Schedule appointments and manage prior authorizations
  • Refill prescriptions and coordinate care
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
  • One year or more of nursing experience
  • Previous medical office or outpatient experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and team skills
