Assemblage Specialist

As an Assembler with Safran Seats USA, you will play a pivotal part in assembling whole or partial airline seats to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Assemble and inspect seat components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Operate various equipment, including drills, pneumatics, torque wrenches, and rivet guns
• Work in a team environment to meet production deadlines and achieve operational excellence
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and workflows

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read and write in English
• Thorough understanding of shop practices and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
