We are seeking a highly motivated Aquatic Educator for Youth to join our team at the Richard Kane Family YMCA of Bartlesville

In this role, you will teach water safety and basic swimming skills to participants in our SAW program, while also ensuring their safety and building their confidence in the water.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Working collaboratively with other staff members to create a safe and supportive environment.
  • Maintaining accurate records of participant progress and attendance.

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $18.50 per hour and opportunities for professional growth and development.
