Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
BenefitsEligible for medical benefits starting the first of the month after 28 days of employment. Other benefits become available the first of the month after 90 days of employment.

- Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on various types of machinery, including utilities, test cells, and HVAC systems.
- Perform maintenance on pumps, boilers, and other essential equipment.
- Utilize skills in hydraulic systems, precision bearings, and controllers to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of machine alignment, leveling, and lubrication principles.
- Be available for overtime as needed to meet production demands.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial utilities and repair.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with boiler operations and the ability to read mechanical prints.
- Basic welding and cutting skills are required.
- Forklift certification is mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training in HVAC is preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and accountability.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility and a desire for professional growth.
The role requires regular communication, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift and move items of varying weights. The work environment may include exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical parts.
