Job Title: Scientist II

Job Summary:

TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company, is seeking a highly skilled Scientist II to join our team. As a key member of our biotechnology research team, you will be responsible for executing laboratory work, leading experimental studies, and contributing to the development of new therapeutic modalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute laboratory experiments to build product and process knowledge.
  • Lead in implementing experimental studies and troubleshoot equipment and experiments effectively.
  • Contribute to lab organization, reagent tracking, and other tasks as determined appropriate.
  • Present scientific findings in project team or Department meetings.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional teams/initiatives.
  • Write protocols, SOPs, technical reports, and apply basic scientific principles and technology.
  • Collect, treat, and report data with a high level of integrity and ethics.

Requirements:

  • Experience with wet chemistry preparation methods, traditional chromatography methods, and NMR spectroscopy analysis.
  • Ability to plan and conduct laboratory experiments, evaluate, interpret, and report technical data.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with biophysical testing, DNA/RNA isolation, electrophoresis, PCR, and other relevant techniques.
