Speech-Language Therapist for Outpatient Growth

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to help grow our outpatient division in nearby assisted living and memory care communities.
Salary: $38-$45/hour based on experience
About the Position:This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, providing excellent work-life balance. As a member of our team, you will be supported to do your best work, with opportunities for clinical mentorship, job shadowing, clinical and program development, leadership development, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop appropriate plans of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards.
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders.
- Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed.
- Consult and counsel patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
- Document all required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.
