Fusion Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Debt Advisory to join our team in Frankfurt am Main.

About the Role

• Develop and monitor complex business and financial models to drive strategic decision-making
• Evaluate various capital procurement structures to optimize financial performance
• Analyze balance sheets and company information to identify opportunities for growth
• Conduct company valuations to inform investment decisions
• Lead contract negotiations and create corresponding documents to ensure successful outcomes
• Supervise associates, analysts, and interns to foster a culture of excellence

Your Profile

• Hold a university degree with above-average grades and a strong academic record
• Bring at least six years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or private debt
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, resilience, and commitment to delivering results
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Be fluent in German and English
