Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Engineer with expertise in CATIA CAD to join our team at Actalent. This position requires 5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of electrical packaging and installation design activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting EE components development, designing and reviewing technical solutions, and ensuring alignment with EE strategies. They will also be responsible for securing the interests of electrical packaging and installation for all ongoing and potential future projects.

This position requires operational responsibility in day-to-day work within given processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will apply advanced knowledge to support junior team members and peers, be a role model of lifelong learning, and develop others as a trainer or coach.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering preferred
  • 5 years of experience
  • Proficient and current with CATIA
  • Knowledge of Creo
  • Cab wiring
  • Cabling, routing, piping
  • Packaging wiring inside the cab of a truck
  • Experience in automotive, truck, or heavy equipment industries

Job Type: Long term, indefinite contract position. Work Site: Fully on-site position in Greensboro, North Carolina.
