About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children affected by autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA therapy sessions to children in their natural environment, teaching essential skills such as communication, socialization, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and data collection to inform treatment decisions.
  • Provide training and support to families on ABA techniques and strategies.
Requirements
  • Active RBT certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Auto insurance with your name listed as an insured driver
  • Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet)
  • Minimum 3 weekdays with consistent availability for at least 6 months
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families
