Hotel Operations Manager

OCI Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel management, including team member staffing, budgeting, and guest services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hotel operations strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of hotel staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Manage hotel budgets and financial performance, including forecasting and analysis
- Ensure high-quality guest services and product standards
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent in hospitality or related field
- 5+ years of hotel management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role
