Position: Certified Respiratory Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a **certified respiratory care specialist**, you will provide care for residents experiencing temporary or chronic respiratory issues.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess the respiratory health of residents.
  • Create and oversee individualized respiratory care plans for residents.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve residents' respiratory health.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of physiology and respiratory mechanics.
  • Valid license and credentials in respiratory therapy.
  • At least one year of experience in a long-term care setting.

Work Environment:

  • Long-term care facilities
  • Nursing home settings

Shift Details:

  • 12-hour shifts
  • Nighttime shifts

Additional Compensation:

  • Signing bonuses available

Weekly Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Rotating weekends

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year in respiratory therapy (Required)

Licenses/Certifications:

  • RRT (Required)
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • RCP License (Preferred)

Location: In-person work required
