Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Neonatology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Medical Center, covering Level 3 NICU facilities. This position offers the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with neonatal physicians, and contributing to the development of effective treatment plans. Our team values teamwork, communication, and a patient-centered approach.
About the RoleThis is a full-time locum tenens position, working 12 or 24-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7am-7am). We prefer local candidates, but we also consider traveling providers. If selected, you will have the opportunity to work at both PSVMC and PPMC, each with its unique characteristics and challenges.
As a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner with ProLocums, you will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes patient well-being and clinical excellence. You will have access to state-of-the-art facilities, ongoing education opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive salary, estimated to be around $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
We understand that travel costs can be significant. To support our out-of-town providers, we aim to offer multiple shifts in a row, whenever possible. This allows you to plan your schedule more effectively and minimize travel expenses.
