Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year
Job Responsibilities:
This role involves independent operation of sonographic equipment, performing diagnostic examinations, and communicating results. You will also oversee the daily operations of the sonographic laboratory, ensuring equipment maintenance, reporting any equipment failures, and conducting quality assessments (QA).
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations
- Communicating examination results to patients and referring physicians
- Maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance
- Conducting quality assessments (QA) to ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualifications:
We seek candidates with a strong foundation in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and relevant certifications (e.g., ARDMS). Experience with breast imaging is highly valued.
A Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field is desirable.
