Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Representative. As a key member of our Jiffy Lube team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer phone calls, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain inventory, and assist with various administrative duties as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our technicians and other team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry, is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 25 pounds.
