Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care services, including toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance.
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the staff nurse.
  • Participating in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in nursing arts from an accredited program.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: $**50,000 - $70,000 per year**, based on experience.
