CPI is seeking a dedicated and experienced Station Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our station, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies, and driving growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the preparation of work schedules, accurate work order management, and inventory control of gasoline, oil, and automotive parts and accessories.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a strong and effective team, collaborating with Operation Managers to promote sales and services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and stocking of gasoline, oil, and automotive parts and accessories.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of two or more years of related experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
