Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at Parkland Properties. As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food for our guests. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Food Preparation: Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, prepare and cook food according to instructions and health department regulations.
• Station Setup: Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies, including utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
• Cleanliness: Clean work area, sinks, counters, display and prep tables, and other equipment, following proper safety procedures when using kitchen equipment.
• Inventory Management: Store food in designated areas properly by sorting, labeling, and dating, and keep record of cooler and freezer temperatures.
• Teamwork: Assist in all areas of the kitchen as needed, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a breakfast or morning shift.
• Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
