Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Actalent. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of equipment, lines, and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Sampling and Testing: Collect and analyze samples to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, including testing results and any deviations from quality standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with production teams, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met and to address any quality-related issues.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality control, engineering, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in a quality control role.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices, including ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. Proficiency in laboratory equipment and software, including pH meters, viscometers, and FT-IR spectrometers.
  • Work Environment: This is a fully on-site position in a laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
