We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team at Lois Law Firm, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing clients in workers' compensation cases, providing exceptional legal services, and contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven attorney to take ownership of workers' compensation cases from filing to closure. You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve outstanding results and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in virtual hearings and telephonic depositions
  • Counsel clients on emerging issues in litigated matters
  • Prepare exposure analysis and conduct settlement negotiations
  • Apply firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals

Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the New York Bar in good standing
  • Five (5) years of experience in workers' compensation defense
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
