Flight Instructor Job Description

At Bridgewater State University, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Instructor to join our team. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for providing flight, simulator, and ground instruction in accordance with our flight training program and FAA policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality flight instruction to students in accordance with our flight training program and FAA regulations.
  • Conduct simulator and ground instruction sessions to ensure students meet the required standards.
  • Comply with all applicable Bridgewater State University and FAA regulations to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Current FAA certification as a Flight Instructor.
  • Experience in flight instruction and training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
