Riverside Healthcare Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Room Server to join our team at Riverside Healthcare. As a Wait Staff Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests in the dining room. Your knowledge of menu selections and ability to take customer orders will be essential in ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Abide by all Riverside policies and procedures for professional standards of behavior and appearance.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff, demonstrating a positive and caring attitude.
  • Follow proper steps for cleanliness and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Knowledge of menu and daily specials, as well as the ability to answer resident questions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Sanitation license preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
