About the Role

Pacific Clinics is seeking a skilled Clinician I to join our team. As a Clinician I, you will work with children and adults to provide comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and clinical interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally relevant assessments and evaluations to identify target behaviors and their functions.
  • Develop effective treatment plans with clear and measurable intervention strategies tailored to child and family strengths, needs, and cultural preferences.
  • Provide clinical leadership and facilitate the development of effective behavior and risk-specific reactive and proactive safety plans.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of interventions with youth and families.
  • Meet revenue and productivity standards.
Requirements
  • Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social Work, Marriage Family Counselor, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • One (1) year of supervised clinical experience with children.
  • Registration with the BBS or BOP required.
  • Licensed according to California state law (Welfare and Institutions Code section) or become licensed within the designated time frame.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of clinical experience with children.
  • Training in domestic violence, physical/sexual child abuse, trauma with the competency to maintain current knowledge related to state, county, and local law.
  • Experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities with culturally diverse populations.
  • Bilingual communication skills in another language.
