Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests by preparing beverage orders, understanding Hav & Mar's steps of service, and executing them efficiently
  • Maintain a pristine bar and dining area, adhering to health code standards and ensuring excellent maintenance
  • Be knowledgeable about menu items, making recommendations based on guest preferences and up-selling special items
  • Communicate effectively with culinary staff, FOH/BOH team members, and vendors to ensure seamless service
  • Manage cash handling, enter guest orders accurately into POS system, and receive payments (cash and credit cards)

The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, be able to communicate with all types of personalities, and be courteous with guests and co-workers. This role also requires the ability to work a flexible schedule and lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

The estimated salary for this position is around $50,000-$65,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards.
