Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Security Site Manager to oversee the security operations at our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site leadership and supervision to security personnel assigned to the facility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client management and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Audit and evaluate security-related activities and equipment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Document incidents and report findings to management, providing recommendations for risk mitigation and process improvement.
- Meet performance metrics established by clients and Metro One for security functions, expense control, workforce quality, staffing, scheduling, and report filing.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with client site management and Metro One management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain all patrol and fleet vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet regulatory requirements.
- Perform emergency response and other tasks as required by Metro One management.
- Advanced degree (AA/BA) preferred.
- Supervisory experience in the security industry and law enforcement or military experience required.
- Security and safety-related experience in a fulfillment center environment a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
