Job Description

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct and individualized nursing care to students, tailored to their specific health needs
  • Assisting students with managing their chronic health conditions, ensuring they can fully participate in school activities
  • Implementing interventions and referrals to promote health and support educational success
  • Advocating for the comprehensive well-being of students, addressing their physical, emotional, mental, and social health needs
  • Promoting and leading health education initiatives for students and staff, contributing to a knowledgeable school community
  • Providing expert oversight of school health services, enhancing the health and wellness culture within our school community

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma/CNA or PCA certification
  • Experience in pediatric nursing is highly desired, highlighting your ability to cater to the unique health needs of children
