Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at Lutheran Medical Center in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. As a CT Technologist, you will perform CT procedures to obtain desired imaging results according to physician specifications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing CT procedures to ensure high-quality images
- Operating CT imaging equipment and maintaining department supplies
- Educating patients on the examination process and ensuring their comfort during procedures
- Submitting required images and clinical information to radiologists for interpretation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting as a CT Technologist
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Certified Computed Tomography Technologist (R)(CT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire
