Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to serve as an advocate for patients during the pre-admission process. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clinical teams and healthcare professionals to evaluate patients' medical needs and develop results-producing relationships throughout the medical facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical assessments of referred patients and counsel with patient's families to assist them in making informed care decisions.
  • Partner with hospital case managers to create smooth patient transfer processes and remove payer-related and operational barriers to getting patients into optimal care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and patient's families to plan the best continuum of care.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) License.
  • Other Educational and Clinical designation with approval of Vice President, Business & Market Development or designee.
  • Preferred qualifications: prior sales or business development experience, critical thinking skills, flexibility, self-drive, and autonomy.
