As a Shift Leader at Dunkin' Donuts, you will be responsible for guiding a team of Crew Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and execute operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach and motivate Crew Members to achieve goals and deliver high-quality service.
- Deploy team members effectively to meet guest needs and service standards.
- Support training and development of Crew Members as directed by management.
- Communicate goals and expectations, and hold team members accountable for performance.
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
- Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are executed during shifts.
- Control labor costs, food costs, and cash effectively.
- Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Math and writing skills.
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Guest Focus: anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations.
