Shift Leader Job Description

As a Shift Leader at Dunkin' Donuts, you will be responsible for guiding a team of Crew Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and execute operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and motivate Crew Members to achieve goals and deliver high-quality service.
  • Deploy team members effectively to meet guest needs and service standards.
  • Support training and development of Crew Members as directed by management.
  • Communicate goals and expectations, and hold team members accountable for performance.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are executed during shifts.
  • Control labor costs, food costs, and cash effectively.
  • Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Math and writing skills.
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Guest Focus: anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Passion for Results: set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: make good decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment.
