Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator / Office Support to join our team at Plumb-Rite Plumbing. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a dispatch or administrative role, preferably within the plumbing or HVAC sectors, although this is not a strict requirement for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Create and manage reports to track operational efficiency.
  • Organize and file documents systematically.
  • Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients with inquiries.
  • Dispatch jobs to technicians effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Dependable and organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and capable of multitasking.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Excel and Word.

Compensation: Salary is negotiable based on experience, particularly for those with a background in plumbing or HVAC dispatching.

  • This position is not remote; it requires presence in the office.

  • Comprehensive benefits package available.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with one weekend per month required.
