Job Description

**Job Title:** Tool Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Tool Design Engineer to join our team. As a Tool Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing tools and equipment to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop tools and equipment using 3D software (NX preferred)
  • Read and create 2D drawings within a 3D environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tool design meets client requirements
  • Manage time effectively in an independent work environment
  • Stay up-to-date with machining processes and industry developments
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products to create reports and presentations

Requirements:

  • 2-year or 4-year mechanical design/engineering degree preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in the field
  • General Mechanical Aptitude
  • Ability to use 3D software (NX preferred)
  • Ability to read and create 2D drawings within a 3D environment
  • Attention to Detail/ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to manage time in an independent work environment
  • Understanding of machining processes
  • Use of Microsoft Office products
