Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages, from 18 months and above. This role requires a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, with the ability to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health problems.
Responsibilities- Provide holistic, patient-centered care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Prescribe pharmaceuticals, non-pharmacological interventions, and treatment regimens as appropriate for assessed medical conditions.
- Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage, and treat patients' medical needs for safe and high-quality treatment.
- Document all patient care within an electronic health record.
- Respond to patient care inquiries throughout the day.
- Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- 1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Application for DEA is required at time of offer.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
