Salary and Benefits

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary based on experience, which averages around $125,000 per year. Additionally, ECI offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) retirement savings program with company match and profit sharing.

Job Description

This is a key leadership position that requires expertise in designing and supporting low-voltage electrical systems for industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NFPA codes, NEC, and industry standards, with a focus on oil and gas and chemical applications. Key responsibilities include leading the design of grounding, heat trace, lighting, panel layouts, and creating single-line and three-line diagrams for low-voltage systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related field and have at least 7 years of relevant experience. You should be skilled in designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, and systems. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate a solid understanding of process control fundamentals, apply mathematical and engineering principles to electrical system designs, and conduct research to develop effective design solutions.
